I have problem with my order, already many days , this is my first order in Iherb

So, you guys delete the comments you don't like on your Instagram account, ha?
When the client gets upset here you go on how to do remove the unlike comment honorably.
First, you reach out, fixies the issue, then bagging the client to feel happy and delete the comment himself. Not acting as scammers. Why am I saying as! you guys are indeed scammers. Looking at others' comments let me feel that I wasn't the only one and my judgment is fair. You guys must learn from amazon how to sell and buy online once you don't know follow good examples. I am going to write an article and enlighten the others about you and spread that everywhere so no one like me thinks that you got better because guess what! this was my second bad experience.

I ordered from this site and they are using Aramex as their delivery partner. There is no way you can connect to the delivery service once ordered is placed. Worst experience.

I have to admit that I was iffy about this website because of everyone review, but I have to admit they the are real and legit! I might of been lucky, but I ordered some "Plackers, Orthopick, Dental Flossers, 36 Count" and it came in the next day. I was not expecting that fast of a shipment but I have to give them an A +++

I'm impressed! I live in Mexico and it's hard to get certain products without paying through the nose for them. I found iherb.com by accident and couldn't believe the prices for a certain protein product that I was desperate to find. Not only were the prices reasonable, but it included shipping! The package just arrived and I'm over the moon happy. I'll definitely order again. Everything came exactly as ordered, on the date expected, and well packed.

Be wary of any company that does not post their 800 number. That means BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! customer service. I will never purchase from this company every again. If I had know, there was no customer service via phone, I never would have even looked their way. Do yourself a favor, please shop some place else.

Huge choice, some of the items are a lot cheaper here than on the usual websites like A.... or E... Tend to use them regularly. It helps that there are reviews of the product you are interested in so that you can check out whether it is worth buying.

I am a sceptic and often check Trustpilot before ordering from a company so I was shocked when I came on here and saw iHerb didn’t have better reviews. I have only ever had a great shopping experiencing when ordering from the company. I am leaving a review as the negative reviews on this website do not reflect the experience I have had. When I have ordered from them in the past I have received my order within 3 days which I think is amazing. I have been able to use rewards in the past that have taken over half price off my order for products I am not even able to find locally or on other websites without paying extortionate shipping costs. I LOVED using iHERB and have ordered multiple times - fast shipping always arrived in 2-3 days. Recently placed an order on July 1st, they used Optima to ship (worst shipping service - need to GET RID OF THEM!) my order shows out for delivery 07/07 and 3 days later still in that status - NO Package. iHERB tells you to contact the shipper on your own - (not good customer service) I called Optima and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to be forwarded to a voicemail. I submitted 2 help tickets with Optima, which they never replied to. I contacted iHERB customer service - spoke to Andrea who stated she would look into it and get back to me via email (within a few hours was told) and still haven’t heard anything back. CRAZY! I just got fed up and asked for a refund and will have to order through another company that cares and understands time is of the essence. I will no longer shop here due to using poor shippers and the customer service resolution was useless. There is 0 customer service help on weekends and all done via email - NO PHONE to call. I shouldn’t have to jump though hoops, especially spending over $100 here. Vote with your dollar people - there are plenty of other stores to shop at.

I've been a customer of iHerb for many years (at least 15) and have placed many orders. I'm always amazed that they almost always have what I need in stock and get it to me very quickly. The few times I needed customer service, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I can't fathom why they get any negative reviews.

I was worried because in the past when i ordered from the USA (from another company) i was charged excess duties and the delivery took such a long time. My parcel came before the estimated delivery date and there was nothing extra to pay. Kudos to the management and all the employees for making it seamless to order from the UK. Thank you.

I've ordered from iHerb a few times now and have had absolutely no problems getting the product I've requested in a very short time, especially considering I'm having it delivered to Canada. Great communication, product is always as expected. They're my go-to company for hard-to-find products in Canada!
